SEO19 is a website analysis and SEO/GEO intelligence tool that analyzes websites and provides technical SEO, content, indexing, discoverability, and related insights.

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Some SEO19 features require you to sign in with Google.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping access to your Google account secure.
• Not sharing your SEO19 account with another person.

You must not use another person's account or attempt to bypass account or license restrictions.

SEO19 may provide a free website analysis subject to the limits displayed in the product.

The free plan currently provides:

• One free website crawl/analysis.
• Maximum 600 URLs for the free crawl.
• Access to the available analysis results.
• Export functionality may require a paid Lifetime license.

We may modify free-plan limits in the future.

SEO19 Lifetime is a one-time paid license currently priced at $19.

A Lifetime purchase grants the purchaser the right to use the paid SEO19 product for the lifetime of the SEO19 product/service, subject to these Terms and the license restrictions below.

“Lifetime” does not mean that the Service is guaranteed to operate forever or for an unlimited period if SEO19 is discontinued, substantially replaced, or otherwise no longer commercially operated.

Each SEO19 Lifetime purchase is licensed to one activated device at a time.

The Lifetime license is personal to the purchaser and may not be:

• Resold
• Shared
• Transferred
• Distributed
• Copied for use on another computer
• Used by multiple people
• Used with another Google account to bypass the device restriction

SEO19 may associate a Lifetime purchase with the purchaser's Google account and an installation/device identifier.

If the same Lifetime account attempts to activate SEO19 on another device, activation may be denied.

The first activation of a Lifetime license may require an internet connection and Google authentication.

SEO19 may record information necessary to associate the Lifetime license with the authorized account and activated device.

After successful activation, certain functionality may operate offline.

SEO19 analyzes websites based on information that the Service can access.

SEO19 does not guarantee:

• Google rankings
• Search engine indexing
• Traffic increases
• Revenue increases
• AI visibility
• Search engine inclusion
• Any particular SEO result

SEO recommendations are informational and should be independently evaluated before implementation.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer SEO19 for the purpose of bypassing license restrictions.
• Circumvent authentication or access controls.
• Attempt to bypass device activation restrictions.
• Redistribute or commercially resell the software without authorization.
• Interfere with the Service.
• Use automated methods to attack or overload SEO19 infrastructure.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

Paid purchases are processed through our payment provider.

The price displayed at checkout applies to the purchase.

Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and policies.

Refunds are handled according to the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.

SEO19, including its software, interface, branding, designs, documentation, and original content, is owned by or licensed to SEO19 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the software to you.

SEO19 may integrate with third-party services such as Google, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, or other infrastructure providers.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We aim to keep SEO19 available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect the Service.

SEO19 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that SEO19 will identify every SEO issue or that following SEO19 recommendations will produce a particular business or search result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEO19 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is:

• Fraud
• Payment reversal or chargeback
• License abuse
• Unauthorized redistribution
• Circumvention of security or licensing controls
• Material violation of these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
